We formed an independent ESG Action Team to ensure effective implementation of ESG into corporate strategy. A formal structure indicating clearly defined roles and responsibilities with robust conflict-of-interest safeguards, and a scheduled reporting cadence is in place to enable timely and informed actions by the management to advance on strategic objectives.

We have determined our material topics according to 4 stages;
- Identification of actual & potential impacts of topics
- Assessment of impact significance to stakeholder groups
- Prioritization of topics
- Validation & approval by management
