Each AIRBRAVOTM extraction arm has been designed to meet specific needs and complex problems in the frame of the industrial and laboratory extraction. The stainless steel 4-PRO arm embodies all the experience and technology of the 4 Pro extraction arm adding all the advantages of stainless steel AISI 316, characterized by a remarkable resistance to corrosion and extremely robust and durable.

The INDUSTRY model is available in 125 – 160 – 200 – 250 mm diameters and with a length of 2, 3 and 4 meters; the LABORATORY model extraction arms are available in diameters of 100 and 125 mm and lengths of 1 and 2 meters.

Applications

Particularly suitable for applications where it is necessary to maintain a high level of hygiene also thanks to the use of stainless steel AISI 316, this extraction arm is mainly used within the food and agri-food industry as well as in the chemical industry in the presence of specific aggressive pollutants under certain conditions of temperature and concentration.

Rotation and handling

The AirbravoTM 4-PRO extraction arm thanks to its structure manages to reach any working position. In fact there are three arm joints as well as three rotation axes (one on the base and two on the hood). The quad pantograph structure, moreover, makes it very easy to handle for the operator who is able to direct the extraction in a precise manner towards the source of pollutants.

It can be supplied with or without exhaust fan.

Specifications

Extraction arm

Entirely made in stainless steel Aisi 316: Rigid piping, self-supporting structure provided with four pantographs, springs and screws. Multiple frictions adjustable on the joints. Joints with flexible non-toxic Polyurethane piping, reinforced with harmonic coppered steel wire helix, with operating temperatures between -20 ° C and 80 ° C (FDA approved). No component is immersed in the suction flow.

Hood

Standard “hot fumes” hood in the shape of a truncated cone with large elliptical collection area, made of stainless steel Aisi 316 and provided with a handle. With 3 rotation axes to allow optimal movement of the arm in any position.

Basement

Basement on a 360° revolving base plate with a 200 or 250 mm diameter for the INDUSTRY model (125mm for the LABORATORY model), with seals made of special self-lubricating plastic material.

Wall Bracket

As for the INDUSTRY model, the wall bracket is made of stainless steel Aisi 316 tubular and provided with a fitting and counter-flange; as regards the LABORATORY model the wall bracket is made of stainless steel aisi 316 sheet metal and provided with a coupling. The coupling and counter-flange are not included in the version equipped with an exhaust fan.

Exhaust fan (if required)

Centrifugal, forward curved blades impeller, made of stainless steel AISI 316, motor 220/400V, 3Ph, 50Hz. IP55. IE3 for power outputs over 0,55kW.
